Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Creating and editing your page is always free — no credit card needed. You only pay when you're ready to publish and share it with guests.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There are no recurring charges. After 1 year you'll receive a reminder email and can choose to renew manually. Nothing happens automatically.
What happens after 1 year?
Your page is taken offline. You have a 30-day grace period to renew. After 30 days the page content is permanently deleted. Your account stays open.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days of purchase if the page hasn't been actively used. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Is payment secure?
All payments are processed by Paddle, a certified merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
I'm a wedding planner — can I manage multiple clients?
Absolutely. Each wedding page is a separate $20 purchase. Each is fully independent with its own RSVP list, gallery, and settings. For volume pricing contact us.
What is the Baby Gift Registry?
A standalone registry page ($10 one-time) for expecting parents. Guests can browse your wishlist and reserve gifts. Does not include a wedding invitation page.
How much photo storage do I get?
Each wedding page includes 500MB of photo storage. If you need more, you can purchase extra 500MB blocks for $2/year each directly from the gallery page.
