Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window
Refunds are available within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the service has not yet been actively used. Requests submitted after 7 days will be declined.
No Refund After the Wedding Has Taken Place
If your wedding date has already passed at the time of the refund request, no refund will be issued. The Service has been fully used for its intended purpose.
1. Wedding Page Access ($20)
Each wedding page purchase grants 1 year of public access from the date of payment. There are no recurring charges — this is a one-time payment.
Eligible for refund:
- Refund request submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
- The wedding page has not been published or actively used by guests (no RSVPs received)
Not eligible for refund:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
- The wedding page has been published and received guest RSVPs
- Your wedding date has already passed — the Service has been fully used for its intended purpose
2. Baby Gift Registry Access ($10)
Baby Gift Registry access grants 1 year of public access from the date of payment. This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
- Refunds are granted only if no Baby Gift Registry has been published or received any gift claims, and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- If a registry has been published and used by guests, no refund is available.
3. Extra Photo Storage ($2 per 500MB block)
Extra storage purchases are one-time payments granting additional storage for a specific wedding page for 1 year.
- Refunds are granted only if no photos have been uploaded using the extra storage and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- If photos have been uploaded using the extra capacity, no refund is available.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@weddingslink.org with:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Access After a Refund
If a refund is approved, your page access is revoked immediately. The page will be taken offline and will no longer be publicly accessible. Your account remains open and you may make a new purchase at any time.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for both parties. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly through direct contact.
Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution.
